The online consultation service is designed to remotely monitor the clinical progress and response to prescribed therapies, as well as to provide nutritional consultations.

It is an alternative to in-clinic follow-up visits and cannot replace an initial dermatological examination.

It may also be used to request an initial nutritional consultation for patients living far away or for owners who are unable to bring their dog or cat to the clinic.

A teleconsultation, available quickly and directly from your home without causing stress to your pet, is ideal for:

reviewing the progress of the prescribed treatment with your referring veterinarian

discussing test results and planning maintenance therapy

receiving advice from a veterinary nutritionist to formulate the most suitable diet for your pet
To use the teleconsultation service, you will need a computer with a webcam, a tablet, or a smartphone connected to the internet, as well as software for video calls such as Google Meet or Skype, both of which can be downloaded free of charge from Google Play or the App Store.
